Hey everyone! So, you're looking for that killer core workout that actually delivers results? I totally get it! I've been on my own fitness journey, and discovering effective floor core exercises has been a game-changer for me. Before I found this routine, I struggled to feel that deep core engagement, but these moves really hit different. If you're aiming for sculpted abs, a stronger midsection, and want to burn some stubborn stomach fat, then you're in the right place. Trust me, these aren't just any exercises; they're designed to really make you feel the burn and see those changes you're working so hard for. What makes these floor core workouts so effective? Well, for starters, they don't require any fancy equipment – just a yoga mat and maybe a medicine ball if you want to dial up the intensity. The beauty of floor core exercises is that they force you to engage your core muscles more intensely because you're working against gravity without the support of machines. This means you're building functional strength that translates into better posture, reduced back pain, and that coveted 'deep core' stability. Plus, focusing on these types of movements is fantastic for targeting your rectus abdominis (the 'six-pack' muscles) and your obliques for that hourglass shape many of us dream of. Let me walk you through some of my absolute favorite moves from this 'killer core' circuit. These are the ones that truly transformed my abs and core strength. First up, we have Wall Sit-Ups (especially effective with a medicine ball!). You'll lie on your back with your feet flat against a wall, as if you're sitting in an invisible chair. Hold a medicine ball overhead. Slowly, engage your core and raise your upper body all the way up towards your knees, keeping your feet firmly against the wall. Think about pressing your lower back into the mat as you go. This move is incredible for lower abs and overall core strength. Next, I swear by Ball Touches – again, with your feet against a wall! Start in the same position, lying on your back with your feet against the wall, holding that medicine ball. Instead of a full sit-up, you'll raise your upper body just enough to touch the ball to the wall with controlled movement. It's a smaller range of motion but really emphasizes that squeeze at the top. This one sculpts and defines, trust me! And for those obliques and overall core definition, Knee Touches are a must. Staying on your yoga mat with your feet against the wall, place your hands behind your head. Now, bring one elbow towards the opposite knee, really focusing on twisting from your core. Alternate sides, making sure to fully extend between each rep. This helps carve out that waistline and strengthens your side abs. To level up, I also love adding Heel Taps (Supine) into my routine. Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor (or against the wall for added stability). Lift your shoulders slightly off the mat, engaging your core. Now, slowly reach one hand down to tap your heel, then alternate. This seemingly simple move is fantastic for hitting the obliques and keeping your core constantly engaged. Pro Tip for all these floor core exercises: Always focus on slow, controlled movements. It's not about how fast you can go, but how well you can connect with your muscles. Breathe out as you contract, and inhale as you release. And remember, consistency is key! I aim to do this circuit 3-4 times a week, and I've seen amazing results. Combine it with a healthy lifestyle, and you'll be well on your way to those strong, sculpted abs and a killer core you've always wanted. Let's crush our fitness goals together!

wall sit ups definitely make me wanna cry so bad but it’s so worth it with the burn in my stomach 🔥😭
