How i started showing up w/ confidence in my 30’s

1️⃣ i stopped waiting to “feel ready”

confidence doesn’t magically appear one day it grows every time you show up anyway. the first time i filmed myself, posted my work, or walked in a room alone, i was terrified. but that’s exactly how confidence starts in the moments you do it scared.

2️⃣ i romanticized my routine

confidence starts behind closed doors. i started doing my skincare like it was self-care, not a chore. i got dressed for me, not for anyone else. the more i treated myself like “that girl,” the more i started believing i was her.

3️⃣ i stopped chasing validation

i learned the hard way that confidence isn’t built from compliments it’s built from keeping promises to yourself. discipline = confidence.

4️⃣ i practiced gratitude for who i already am

instead of wishing i was “more,” i started appreciating how far i’ve come. confidence feels like peace when you stop comparing your chapter to someone else’s.

💛 reminder: you don’t find confidence you build it by showing up again and again, even when your voice shakes.
