New Story On YTube!
I have been wanting to start my own children’s storyline for a long time. I first started reading stories for kids on video for my friends’ kids during the pandemic. I wanted to bring some happiness to a very strange time. From there, I have been working on my own books, which I am currently starting to put together on YouTube in the form of video. I hope to soon have some for print. Brindle & Arrow Storytime channel.
Starting a children's story channel on YouTube is a wonderful way to engage young audiences and promote literacy through visual storytelling. Brindle & Arrow’s initiative to share kids’ stories via video offers an accessible and comforting experience, especially during uncertain times like the pandemic. Videos create an immersive storytelling environment by combining narration with visuals, capturing kids’ attention and helping them connect with characters and lessons more deeply. The "Thankful Tail Trail Thanksgiving Story" reflects the channel’s focus on holiday-themed tales that teach gratitude and kindness, valuable lessons for children. Storytime videos like these not only entertain but also help develop listening skills, imagination, and empathy in children. For parents and caregivers seeking to supplement their children’s reading at home, channels like Brindle & Arrow offer a convenient resource. When story videos are paired with printed versions, kids benefit from multiple modes of learning—listening, watching, and reading—which can enhance comprehension and retention. As the channel grows, adding print books will broaden accessibility, allowing families without reliable internet to still enjoy these meaningful stories. Community engagement through comments or suggestions can further enrich the channel, making it a shared space for families and educators alike. Overall, Brindle & Arrow’s storytime channel is not only a joyful project born out of challenging times but also an effective way to nurture a love for reading and storytelling in children across various platforms.
