Isla Saona DR
Saona Island is a small island about and hour and some change from one of the major beaches. At this beach you don't have to deal with vendors and super crowded beaches.
We got there through a tourist company but there are many different ways to get there. We also chose a more private boat experience because we didn't want to be squeezed in. But the other boats did still look just as fun!
Through the one we went through it included transportation to and from our resort and island. (We took a speed boat otw back it was a lot of fun)
The water was really nice, there was plenty of seating for us along with a delicious buffet style lunch on the actual Isla Saona
