EASY Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe!

1/2 yellow onion
1-2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes (or as many as you like, we like a lot)
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Jar Raos Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup of milk or chicken broth to thin out the sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 box pasta of choice (i like penne or spaghetti)
2 grilled chicken breasts ( we use an air frying grill you can also use an air fryer to bake your breasts )
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- on medium heat sauté half of yellow onion and add in garlic once onions become slightly translucent. Cook garlic until fragrant.
- add in sun dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning ( you can also add crushed red pepper flakes in this step)
- let everything incorporate / cook down for 2 min.
- add in alfredo sauce
** special trick: use milk or chicken broth to get the rest of the sauce out of the jar by placing the lid back on and shaking it
- move heat to medium low, allow sauce to cook down for about 5 min then stir in your Parmesan cheese.
- add in your pasta and top with chicken.
** chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
