I took diatomaceous earth for parasite cleansing
I’ve don’t parasite cleansing in the past, so I was NOT expecting the reaction I had!
To be fair, I definitely heard you’re supposed to start at a teaspoon in water each day and work up to a tablespoon. Because I’ve done lots of cleansing in the past, I stupidly started right at the higher dose of a tablespoon. I’m pretty sure that’s what caused the crazy reaction!
So to sum it up, diatomaceous earth is a very effective and inexpensive way to parasite cleanse but start small!
Make sure to get the food grade kind. Start with a TEASPOON in water, two hours after eating and/or one hour before eating. I liked to drink it before bed. It’s not meant to be taken all the time, but as a short term cleanse.
I took a break from taking it, but do plan to restart at a smaller dose this time!

After my intense initial foray into diatomaceous earth (DE) for parasite cleansing, I realized there was so much more to share about making the process not just effective, but also manageable. Many of you might be searching for “parasite cleanse in humans” or “diatomaceous earth for parasites reviews” because you, like me, feel something isn't quite right. Before I tell you how I'm approaching my next cleanse, let's dive a bit deeper into what to expect and how to support your body. My first attempt was a whirlwind! I genuinely thought I was coming down with something, maybe even food poisoning after eating some eggs or cheese, not realizing the “intense detox reactions” were from the DE. The fever was debilitating, and I spent a good two days resting in my neatly made bed, barely moving. Then came the migraine – a throbbing pain that made me just want to curl up on the couch with a glass of water, perhaps with a lemon slice to soothe myself. It was during this phase that the “passing parasites” happened, which was both unsettling and a clear sign that the DE was indeed doing its job. When I saw them, it was confirmation that my body truly needed this cleanse, no matter how uncomfortable the initial phase was. Learning from my mistake of taking too much too soon, I've compiled some vital pointers for your own “diatomaceous earth cleanse.” Firstly, always opt for food-grade DE. There are industrial grades out there, and you definitely don't want those! When starting, truly begin with a tiny amount – a quarter or half teaspoon mixed thoroughly in a regular glass of water. Some people find it easier to drink if they use a metal straw, as the texture can be a bit chalky. I found it best to take it either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or right before bed, ensuring at least an hour or two away from meals. This allows the DE to work its magic without interference from digestion. Hydration is absolutely key throughout any “parasite cleanse.” Drink plenty of filtered water, herbal teas, and even fresh juices. Eating a clean, whole-foods diet, rich in fruits like berries and vegetables, can also help support your body's detoxification pathways. I've often wondered about other natural remedies like “cayenne pepper and parasites”; while cayenne pepper can support circulation and has some anti-parasitic properties, I haven't personally tried it for a full cleanse like DE. It might be something to explore as a supportive measure or for a different type of cleanse down the line. Remember, a parasite cleanse is a short-term intervention, not a permanent supplement. Listen to your body, adjust your dosage slowly, and consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying health conditions or experience severe symptoms. My journey with diatomaceous earth has been eye-opening, confirming how much impact these tiny creatures can have on our well-being. It’s definitely a powerful tool, but one that requires respect and a mindful approach.

I read just drinking clove water will kill them also...seems easier
