Cheesy Ravioli

Recipe:

1 Red Onion

1 Bell Pepper (preferably green 🫑)

1 lb ground beef

1 jar of pasta sauce

32 oz of frozen ravioli of choice

Mozzarella Cheese (to your liking)

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning and Paprika (all to your liking)

Fresh Parsley

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Sautee red onions and bell peppers in a little olive oil until fragrant and then add ground beef.

3. Brown ground beef and drain excess liquid then season generously with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper and Paprika.

4. Add pasta sauce and let it simmer on medium to low heat and add Italian seasoning and stir.

5. In a casserole dish, layer everything like a lasagna. Start with the meat and sauce, do a layer of ravioli, another layer of meat and sauce, then mozzarella cheese and keep repeating these steps and cheese should be the final layer on top.

6. Chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it on top with the cheese and cover with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (If you prefer the top to be a bit burnt then take off the aluminum foil for the last 5 minutes)

7. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, be kind to yourself and serve with salad or not 😂 and voila.
