Ingredients:

- 1 lb lamb meat, thinly sliced

- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 croissants

- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tomato, sliced

- Lettuce leaves

- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

- Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

- Pita chips

- Additional tzatziki sauce for dipping

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the lamb meat and season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Cut the croissants in half and lightly toast them.

3. Assemble the gyro croissants by layering the cooked lamb meat, red onion, tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and cucumber slices on the bottom half of each croissant.

4. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the toppings, then place the top half of the croissant on top.
