Honey Jerk Lamb Chops
Made jerk honey lamb chops with mashed potatoes, baked mac and cheese, and air fried broccoli. Perfect comfort dinner!
🐑 Jerk Honey Lamb Chops
Ingredients
• 6–8 lamb chops
• 1½ tbsp jerk seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Season lamb chops with jerk seasoning, paprika, garlic, onion powder, pepper, olive oil, and soy sauce.
2. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add butter.
4. Cook lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side.
5. Drizzle honey into the pan during the last minute and spoon the glaze over the lamb chops.
6. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes (Yukon or russet)
• 4 tbsp butter
• ½ cup milk or heavy cream
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
2. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until fork tender.
3. Drain and mash the potatoes.
4. Add butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
🧀 Baked Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella works well)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
3. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Add seasoning and 1½ cups of cheese.
6. Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
7. Pour into a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
🥦 Air Fried Broccoli
Ingredients
• broccoli florets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• salt & pepper
• optional parmesan
Instructions
1. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
3. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
4. Optional: sprinkle parmesan on top after cooking.
