GOOD MORNING!!! a bit of 🌞 and of course ☕️ and a grateful soul to start the day..
seriously i really do wake up and immediately think of things to be grateful for..this is not something that has always come easy for me infact i am a recovering negative nelly..but i forced myself for months to find three things to be grateful for every morning and now i wake up and i no longer have to TRY to find things to be grateful for..im just grateful for everything the day has to offer and the blessings are not hard to see they are everywhere..
again someone needed to hear this, not sure who but you are looking for things to change it starts with my friend..
try it, why not? what have you got to loose? negative bs?

I've found that spending just a few minutes each morning listing things I appreciate, no matter how small, sets a hopeful and positive tone for the day ahead. When I first tried this practice, it felt forced—like I was trying too hard—but over time, it became natural and effortless.
One of the key benefits I noticed was a reduction in negative thoughts and stress. By actively focusing on blessings around me—like a warm cup of coffee, the morning sunshine, or even just the ability to breathe fresh air—I slowly replaced my 'negative nelly' mindset with one of appreciation and kindness. This kind of mental shift doesn't happen overnight, but persevering through those initial days is worth it.
Incorporating kindness into your morning routine, not just towards yourself but others as well, amplifies the positive effects. Simple acts such as a smile to a stranger or a kind word can ripple out, creating a more compassionate environment.
If you're seeking change or looking to break free from negative thought patterns, I encourage you to give this a try. Challenge yourself to name at least three things you're grateful for every morning. You might be surprised at how quickly you begin to notice the blessings that have always surrounded you, including the beauty of places like Conestee Nature Preserve or other serene spots near you.
Walking the path of gratitude and kindness doesn't just brighten your morning; it makes each day a potential memory maker. Why not start today and see how your outlook transforms?
