let’s start by deleting all of the negative people to include ones who view you as a “competition” or a “threat”, who don’t motivate you or bring any good for you in your life, who are monitoring spirits and only message when it’s convenient for them. let’s stop putting energy into those who don’t do the same for you. if you don’t know who these people are, pray and trust God will show you. best decision you could ever make.
time to get your butt in the gym and workout and be the best version of YOU. no more excuses. take care of yourself first, gym, journal, go on walks, run, && stop being average!!!
being a sahm mom I know the difficulties and struggles. however, if I can do it with two babies you can most definitely do it. I believe in you love.
