honestly though…
#gymshark66 update
a week in and I honestly feel great but the habits i’ve created I fell through with 2 but I am reminded that it’s not the feeling of being motivated that gets you through a challenge like this it’s being disciplined within yourself.
no one is going to want this more than you. just think not everyone goes to the gym. not everyone changes their habits for good. not everyone stays motivated dedicated disciplined long enough to follow their own goals. so here is another reason to keep pushing through!
here is to a new week!
Starting a fitness journey can be both exciting and overwhelming. Many people begin with high hopes, yet struggle to stay consistent. That’s why understanding the difference between motivation and discipline is crucial. Motivation can fluctuate day to day, affected by external factors like mood or environment. In contrast, discipline is about commitment and routine, essential for long-term success. Successful fitness enthusiasts emphasize the importance of a structured plan. Setting realistic goals is vital. Instead of aiming to work out daily from the start, it might be better to start with achievable targets. Tracking progress through journaling or app support can maintain momentum. Nutrition also plays a key role in supporting an active lifestyle. Trying healthy recipes or meal-prepping can ensure you fuel your body efficiently. Engaging with a community for support, whether through social media or local groups, provides mutual motivation. Post your accomplishments, seek advice, and learn from others. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. It's essential to celebrate achievements and understand that setbacks are part of the journey. Life may disrupt plans, but the goal should be to return to your routine without guilt. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and progress isn't linear. Stay disciplined, focus on the journey, and enjoy the process of becoming your best self.
