I hid my ENTIRE pregnancy

⭐️Overall rating: 10/10 Recommend LMAO

overall, yes I was the female that went mia on social media but I came prepared hahaha I knew how to hide my belly and how to fake it to the world. but honestly I am so glad I did this bc it truly meant a lot more to me and my own family. a baby is a lot and having more peace was my priority. God is and will always be so good and i’m so thankful that He told me to be by myself during this time. I learned a lot about myself, my family, and my friends. so here is why..

not everyone has good intentions when they wish you well. and I mean that in a sense of people either wish bad juju, people are jealous, competitive, envy you and so on. I just didn’t want any of the negativity to follow me. I was already struggling mentally so I left everything at Gods feet.

I mainly didn’t want someone to fake that they’re happy for me and always check in with me to see how I am doing while pregnant just to put on a facade on social media as if they’re so close to me but yet after you have the baby no one is to be seen in your messages. it’s sad and I didn’t want everyone in my business just to be fake. I was better off that way.

it gave my pregnancy such a private feel. I felt more connected with my family and something about the privacy gave me peace. like no one knew anything until I had my baby. and honestly I never felt greater.

... Read moreChoosing to keep a pregnancy hidden is a deeply personal decision, often made for reasons of mental well-being and family harmony. Many expectant mothers face external pressures that can hijack their experience, leading to anxiety and stress. Privacy can foster a closer bond with family, allowing for genuine connections without the scrutiny of social media. With the rise of fake interactions online, some women prefer to completely step back to avoid negativity and jealousy from others. This decision not only provided peace but also a deeper sense of fulfillment during a significant life event. Moreover, pregnancy can be an emotionally challenging time, and shielding oneself from unnecessary outside opinions can create a more stable environment. In a world where false congratulations and superficial friendships seem to dominate, safeguarding one's experience can lead to greater joy and appreciation of the journey. Many women resonate with the desire for authenticity in their relationships, especially when preparing for such a life-changing moment. Ultimately, every pregnancy experience is unique, and prioritizing mental health and personal relationships can be beneficial for new parents. By embracing privacy, they allow space for personal growth and genuine love from those who truly matter.
