How to make Charcuterie Board ROSES

Making pepperoni or salami roses can LEVEL UP your charcuterie board game!

These might not be the most “aesthetically pleasing” pictures, but hey, neither is salami or pepperoni 😆😆

**Work on parchment paper so your board does not get all greasy!**

Step 1• Lay your meat in an overlapping line. About 10-12 slices will make a decent size rose!

Step 2• Fold the line of meats in half, use pressure so that it stays folded for the next step!

Step 3• Roll em up! Definitely a two handed job, I almost lost my rose just to take this picture 😆 Use a toothpick to secure the rose!
