Additionally, gentle self-care routines and mindfulness exercises helped me manage my anxiety when I started feeling overwhelmed. If you’re going through postpartum anxiety or struggling as a single mom, remember it’s okay to ask for help and take time for yourself. The journey to healing looks different for everyone, but with patience and support, better days are ahead. Looking back, I wish I could hug my past self and say everything would work out—because it truly does.
