My mum and I especially loved the interactive games – searching for gold was surprisingly fun and a clever way to engage with the historical context. And of course, no day in Jiangmen is complete without indulging in the local cuisine! We ended our day with a fantastic dinner where the meats were delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned, reflecting the rich and diverse flavors of Cantonese cooking. Jiangmen offers a fantastic array of food, from fresh seafood to comforting local dishes and innovative fusion options.
