Their "milk skin pudding" was incredibly soft and smooth, a delicate treat that truly "hits the spot" after a savory meal. But my favorite part of the day was exploring "Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street." This bustling area is a sensory overload in the best way possible, packed with shops and, most importantly, street food! Finding that "tanghulu" stand was a highlight – those candied fruits on a stick are so crunchy and sweet, incredibly satisfying for just $1. Don't be shy; dive into the street food scene here; it’s an authentic taste of local life. As the sun set, my "last stop was a night cruise around Pearl River." This was, without a doubt, one of the most magical experiences of my entire trip. The city lights twinkling against the water, and getting so close to the magnificent "Canton Tower" all lit up, was absolutely breathtaking. The "views were so pretty," and the "light changing was so mesmerizing." Even though it got a bit chilly on deck, heading inside for some warm, buttery "popcorn" made the experience even cozier. It’s an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Guangzhou, offering a romantic and unforgettable perspective of the city. My "last day in China" really showcased the diversity and charm of Guangzhou. From cultural gems like the jade market to culinary adventures and stunning cityscapes, it’s a city that leaves a lasting impression.
