🌸 Becoming HER...You're allowed to outgrow the version of you that survived.
🌸 Becoming HER...
Sometimes we hold on to old versions of ourselves because they helped us survive.
But survival and growth aren't the same thing.
You're allowed to change.
You're allowed to dream bigger.
You're allowed to become someone your younger self would be proud of.
Keep becoming HER—one small step at a time. 🤍
💬 Question: What's one habit or mindset you're leaving behind in this season of your life?

Reflecting on my own journey of growth, I realize how often I clung to past versions of myself simply because they represented survival during tough times. Like many, I held on tightly to old habits and mindsets, believing they defined who I was—and sometimes, they felt like the only safe choice. But over time, I recognized that survival and growth are very different paths. Healing, as highlighted in the concept of "Becoming HER," means giving ourselves permission to dream again and to evolve beyond what once kept us safe. It's liberating to acknowledge that while our past selves deserved love and gratitude for getting us through difficult seasons, we don't have to remain stuck there. This mindset shift opened doors for me to pursue bigger dreams and embrace change with more confidence. I remember moments when I felt guilty for wanting more or for changing directions, but learning that growth is a continuous journey helped me let go of those feelings. Surrounding myself with people who celebrate my growth rather than resist it was crucial, as the right support creates a positive environment for transformation. One important step in "Becoming HER" is to identify a habit or limiting belief to leave behind each season. For me, it was dropping the need for perfection and learning to appreciate progress instead. Each small step forward helped me build a stronger, more authentic version of myself. If you’re on this path, remember: your next chapter is waiting, and you are allowed to outgrow your survival mode—to heal, grow, and thrive. Keep celebrating each step, and don’t apologize for changing. Your growth journey is unique, beautiful, and worth every effort.
