My honest review ‼️spoilers‼️

⭐️Overall rating: 4/5:

Alex Volkov is the quintessential morally grey, more like morally charcoal, MMC. If there was a picture of morally grey men in the dictionary it would be him. At no point did he become this all around brand new person. But he was a different person for Ava and I adored it.

Ava Chen really got FMC in a romance right. She was Sunshine with a shadowed past. But I really loved her in the end, when she didn’t immediately fall back into Alex’s arms like a wilted flower. She made him WAIT and earn her back.

The plot was predictable and not hugely exciting but this was a great book and the perfect read between more heavy series. #honestreview #twistedseries #honestbookreview #BookReview #lemon8bookclub
