Week 3 of exercise post partum

This week was a busy week for us. I only got to the gym 3 times, but I tried to make sure to move my body at least 5 days this week. Long walks while my baby naps/takes in his surroundings are a perfect way for me to sneak in some extra movement. These next few weeks will be challenging finding the time to get quality workouts in since I'm back to work. But we take it one day at a time.
