✨ Homemade Thai Milk Tea✨
I had the most delicious Thai milk tea at a local pho restaurant, and ever since, I’ve been OBSESSED! Naturally, I had to try making it at home—in bulk! After watching tons of videos and gathering my supplies, I finally gave it a go!
Here’s how you can make it too ⬇️
🛍️ Supplies Needed:
✔️ Thai Tea Mix
✔️ Half & Half (or sweetened condensed/evaporated milk)
✔️ Sugar
✔️ Tea Strainer
✔️ Water
☕ How to Make It:
1️⃣ Bring 12 cups of water to a boil.
2️⃣ Add 2 cups of sugar and stir until dissolved.
3️⃣ Add 3 cups of Thai tea leaves and reduce heat to a simmer.
4️⃣ Cover and let the tea simmer for 3 minutes.
5️⃣ Turn off heat and let steep for 2 hours.
6️⃣ Strain carefully (it can get messy!).
7️⃣ Let it cool, then serve over ice with half & half (or your milk of choice).
