Gods getting ready to bring someone into overflow
In my personal journey, I've often found that the hardest seasons in life—times of despair, rejection, or waiting—are precisely where profound growth begins. The idea that God can take what feels like a barren, dry rock and turn it into a fountain of life resonates deeply. When I faced moments of uncertainty and hardship, I learned to see those times not as endpoints but as fertile ground where God's provision could flow abundantly. One powerful lesson I've embraced is that God is the true source of overflow, not the circumstances we endure. Just as Moses and the Israelites experienced water flowing from a rock in the wilderness, we too can witness blessings springing forth from our own places of struggle. This shift in perspective—viewing obstacles as opportunities set by divine design—helped me stay hopeful and obedient, even when answers seemed delayed. Furthermore, it’s crucial not to despise or attempt to force the hard seasons. As the OCR text wisely states, Moses faced consequences because he struck the rock instead of speaking to it. Similarly, patience and faith in God's timing are vital. Speaking life and encouragement over our situations allows the overflow to emerge naturally. For those who feel stuck in seasons of grief, delay, or disappointment, I encourage you to seek the Lord’s confirmation and purpose behind these moments. Often, they are the places where wisdom, strength, and testimony are forged. The wilderness can become a well; the battle a blueprint. Remember, the blessing is not merely the tangible outcome but the God who provides. Embracing this truth transformed my struggles into stepping stones for joy and purpose. I hope sharing this encourages you to trust the process and anticipate the overflow God is preparing just for you.
