A little about me: I’m Brittney, a 34-year-old mom of two beautiful kids, and I work in healthcare. Like many, I’ve battled depression and anxiety for years. Staying organized and on task has been a challenge at times, but I’ve learned some strategies along the way that help me combat those tough days.
