Hi I’m Brittany 🤍 I’m a 29 year old stay at home mom of 2. I am currently 4 months post partum with my second baby and honestly really loving life right now. Being a second time mom has its ups and downs but overall it is so much easier, and the post partum period has been so much less stressful. This go around has also been such a crazy different experience because I had my son during Covid.
Along with being a stay at home mom, I am a content creator. I’m unbelievably grateful to say that 2024 has been my most successful year so far and I am in awe at how I’ve been able to financially contribute to my household.
We are a very average family. We don’t live in a humungous home, we have Hondas in our driveway not BMWs, I don’t have luxury handbags or designer clothes in my closet. I try super hard to not over consume, to shop with intent and I’ve recently started to try and get into thrifting and shopping second hand.
I have a small but super close group of girlfriends, though I don’t see everyone super often. I’m no contact with my mom, my dad and my step dad so my friends truly are my family, and they are my village. I know so many moms struggle after having kids with maintaining their friendships, however I’m very blessed to say this isn’t the case for me. My friends go above and beyond to be there for me and my family and I’ll be eternally grateful for all that they do for us.
I struggle with my mental health. I suffer from major depressive disorder, general anxiety disorder, and complex post traumatic stress disorder. I’ve been in and out of therapy ever since I was a little kid and I finally found a therapist that I love after I had my first baby. I’ve been seeing her for 4 years, and she has truly impacted my life in the deepest of ways.
I live in upstate New York with my husband and my two children. I was born and raised here, and now reside in a small city you may or may not have heard of.
