I've been doing my own gel nails for 6 years now but haven't done my nails in a hot minute! I have decided after taking a break from gel and press-ons, that it was time for a new set! I've been on this press on nail trend for a little bit. The Olive and June brand along with glamnetic are my go to brands. love press on nails! They are quick and easy, ready to go in 30 minutes or less.
With my prep and application process, I can make my press-ons last for a month! They are on my fingers not having to be reglued! So I decided to glue these gel-x full form tips onto my natural nail beds with traditional press on glue. I have the Sallys brand, the one that kind of looks like a syringe. I used that glue to adhere these bad boys down before proceeding like it was a regular gel manicure. I just painted two coats of this gorgeous UV glowing Barbie pink polish and then two coats of the top coat to seal these in. Then BOOM. I am FABULOUS again 😌
Now did this take me 2 hours because I had to trim the nails and prep everything? Yes, yes it did. I did take longer than with this process compared to traditional press-ons. It was completely worth it!! I am in love with this colooorrrr
