Late Night Ice Cream Lineup 🍨
Had a little late night dessert lineup and honestly all three of these brought completely different vibes 🍨
🍫 Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie — 260 calories
This used to be one of my favorite flavors that I would get all the time before my dietary changes. I found this mini cup at Dollar Tree for only $1.25 SUPER rich and chocolatey with brownie chunks throughout. Definitely for serious chocolate lovers because this one was heavy in the best way.
🍯 Magnum Double Caramel — 250 calories
The chocolate shell crack on Magnum bars will always be elite. The caramel flavor was sweet, creamy, and honestly tasted the most expensive out of all three. You can also grab a full box of 3 from Food Lion for $4.99 which honestly isn’t bad at all
🍓 Häagen-Dazs Strawberry Cheesecake Bar — 240 calories
This is another one of my favorite Häagen-Dazs flavors but in bar form. I wanted to love it, but it honestly tasted way richer than the regular ice cream version to me. The strawberry cheesecake flavor was still there, but I didn’t really care for the white chocolate shell around it. You can get a box of 3 from Harris Teeter for $5.99
All three were completely different depending on what kind of sweet craving you’re having
Which one are y’all grabbing first? 🍨
Having tried all three ice cream options in different settings, I can say each one truly caters to a distinct craving. Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie is a decadent choice for chocoholics—the brownie chunks add texture that makes every bite indulgent. I found that this flavor works best when you want a rich, full chocolate experience without distractions. The Magnum Double Caramel bar impressed me with its crackling chocolate shell and perfectly balanced caramel center. The combination of 44% cacao chocolate and sweet creamy caramel delivers an upscale dessert feeling. It’s a great pick if you’re looking for something smooth yet with a satisfying snap in every bite. Also, buying a box from Food Lion offers excellent value for such premium taste. Häagen-Dazs Strawberry Cheesecake Bar offers a unique twist for cheesecake lovers, but personally, the white chocolate shell made it a bit too rich for my preference. I appreciated the strawberry and cheesecake flavors but would recommend this for those who like dense, very creamy desserts rather than a lighter ice cream texture. All three treats offer roughly 240–260 calories, making them a reasonable late night indulgence. If you're watching calories but want to treat yourself, these options hit a nice balance—just watch portion sizes. I also found that availability varies by store, so it's worth checking local prices and discounts. For example, Dollar Tree’s mini cups are surprisingly affordable, while Harris Teeter and Food Lion offer boxes that can last you multiple cravings. Overall, picking among these depends on your mood: crave rich chocolate? Go for Ben & Jerry’s. Want a classy caramel crunch? Magnum’s your bar. Prefer fruity cheesecake richness? Try Häagen-Dazs. No matter what, it’s hard to go wrong with these late night ice cream choices.
