🌸 75 Soft Challenge: Day 1 Tomorrow

Tomorrow is Day 1 of my 75 Soft Challenge 💗

I’m not chasing perfection. I’m building consistency.

For the next 75 days, I’m focusing on:

✨ Eating healthy most days

✨ Working out 4-5 times a week

✨ Drinking at least 80 oz of water daily

✨ Reading or learning something new

✨ Reflecting on my progress along the way

As someone with PCOS, I’m learning that sustainable habits will take me further than extreme rules ever could. This challenge isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about showing up for myself, one day at a time.

Here’s to becoming healthier, stronger, and more disciplined without losing balance in the process. 🌸

Have you ever completed a challenge like 75 Soft?

... Read moreEmbarking on the 75 Soft Challenge has been a transformative experience for me, especially as someone managing PCOS. Unlike traditional intense fitness challenges, the 75 Soft emphasizes moderation and sustainability by encouraging healthy habits rather than extreme discipline. This approach really resonates, because it acknowledges real life—where social dinners, occasional treats, and rest days have their place. One thing I’ve learned during this journey is that balancing these wellness pillars—nutrition, exercise, hydration, knowledge, and reflection—creates a holistic shift, not just physical but mental too. For example, drinking 80 ounces of water daily felt daunting at first, but by carrying a reusable bottle and setting reminders, it quickly became a natural habit that enhanced my energy and focus. Incorporating reading or educational content was also surprisingly fulfilling. Whether it's a podcast on health or a few pages of a personal development book, dedicating time to learning expanded my outlook and helped maintain motivation. Tracking progress through journaling kept me accountable and allowed me to notice subtle improvements in mood and discipline that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. The challenge’s flexibility has been key—allowing me to adapt workouts to what feels good and sustainable, avoiding burnout. This adaptability is crucial for long-term success and aligns with the principle of showing up consistently, even if every day isn't perfect. If you’re considering taking on the 75 Soft Challenge, I encourage you to focus on growth rather than perfection. Celebrate small wins, be kind to yourself on tougher days, and remember that consistency is the real game changer. Embracing this mindset can lead to lasting lifestyle changes and improved well-being over time.
