Cookie Butter is BACK at Nothing Bundt Cakes! 🤎🍰
The Biscoff® Cookie Butter Cake Individual Bundtlet returned to the menu on 8/17, so of course I wanted to try it. I also grabbed the OREO® Cookies & Cream Individual Bundtlet because I wanted to try two different cookie flavors.
🤎 Biscoff® Cookie Butter Cake ($6.89): This was easily my favorite! The cookie butter flavor really came through, and paired with that soft, moist cake and cream cheese frosting… SO good. I’d give this one an 8/10. If you already love Biscoff, this is definitely the one I’d tell you to get.
🖤 OREO® Cookies & Cream ($5.89): This one was good and just as moist, but the cookies & cream flavor was very subtle to me. I was expecting a stronger OREO flavor, so it didn’t stand out nearly as much.
🏆 My pick: Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake — 8/10

Having tried both the Biscoff® Cookie Butter Cake and the Oreo® Cookies & Cream Bundtlet, I can say that the comeback of the Biscoff treat is definitely worth celebrating. The robust cookie butter notes in the cake really stood out to me, creating a rich and comforting flavor profile that's perfectly complemented by the creamy, tangy cream cheese frosting. This combination made each bite indulgent yet balanced, which I think is why I rated it 8 out of 10. In contrast, the Oreo® Cookies & Cream Bundtlet was moist and enjoyable, but its flavor was more subtle than I expected. If you are an Oreo lover craving that classic cookie flavor, this might leave you wanting a bit more punch. Nonetheless, it offers a gentle sweetness and smooth texture that could appeal to those preferring milder desserts. If you’re deciding between the two, my recommendation is to go for the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, especially if you like rich, spiced cookie flavors. Its popularity is well deserved, and it’s a fun way to enjoy a seasonal sweet treat. Plus, Nothing Bundt Cakes’ individual Bundtlets are perfect for portion control while still feeling like a special indulgence. For those who haven’t tried cookie butter before, it's a spread made from Biscoff cookies (also known as speculoos), with a taste that's somewhere between caramelized gingerbread and peanut butter. It adds a unique twist to baked goods, making this cake stand out from typical flavors. Whether you're grabbing a Bundtlet for yourself or sharing it at a fall gathering, this cake hits the mark on flavor and texture. Next time you visit Nothing Bundt Cakes, don’t miss out on sampling the Biscoff Cookie Butter Bundtlet—it's back and better than ever, perfectly capturing the warmth and sweetness of fall in each bite.
