First Stop, Little Duck Dinner!
On our way for vacation we decided to stay a night in Savannah and I just KNEW we had to try out Little Duck Dinner! We stopped for breakfast and it was PACKED. But luckily there wasn't a huge wait time. The Diner is relatively small, but they worked quickly to get us a table cleaned. Overall, I really enjoyed eating there. We ordered drinks and little cute ducks came floating on top. Additionally, they do have merch that you can purchase. (It was highly requested from a family member to grab them an extra duck! 😂) Super viral on TikTok for a reason, but just know that if it's viral, it's gonna be packed! 😇 #littleduckdiner #savannahgeorgia #savannah #travel #vacation ⭐️Overall rating: 8 /10: Would love to stop there again! 🥰
Since so many of you are asking about the food itself at Little Duck Diner, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into their menu! When we first walked in, the aroma was incredible, and seeing all the dishes coming out just made me hungrier. You know it's a good sign when a place is packed, but the food justifies the wait! One thing that immediately caught my eye from the menu (and from the buzz online!) was their All Day Affair section. They really lean into the breakfast and brunch vibe, which is perfect for a vacation spot like Savannah. I was super curious about their breakfast sausage options, especially since the menu mentioned "cage-free" eggs – always a plus in my book! While I didn't get to try everything, the plates I saw looked hearty and delicious, absolutely perfect for fueling a day of exploring. I also remember spotting some unique appetizers that really stood out from typical diner fare. For instance, those Fried Risotto balls? Yes, you read that right! Parmesan risotto balls, and you can even add cheese for a little extra indulgence. They sounded like such a creative twist, and if I had more room, I definitely would've tried them. Another intriguing option were the Croissant Chicken Egg Rolls. Talk about fusion! Combining savory breakfast sausage with American home fries inside a croissant egg roll – it’s definitely not something you see every day, and it sounded like a must-try for anyone looking for something different. Beyond the main dishes, their drink menu is also noteworthy. Of course, the star for us were those adorable drinks with little ducks floating on top – totally Instagram-worthy and a fun touch! But they also have a proper cocktail list. I noticed options like LA LOCA PROSECCO for those who want a bubbly start to their day. It’s clear they put thought into offering more than just your standard coffee. And speaking of presentation, if you loved their unique glassware, you can even purchase some of it as merch! I almost grabbed one myself as a souvenir. Overall, the menu at Little Duck Diner isn't just basic diner food; it's an elevated, creative take on comfort classics with some fun, surprising additions. It truly caters to both traditional breakfast lovers and those looking for something a bit more adventurous. My advice? Go with an appetite and be prepared to try something new, or stick to the classics knowing they're made with quality ingredients. It's truly a place where the food lives up to the viral hype, and I can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu on my next Savannah visit!
