Breakfast sandwiches
What you need:
12 English muffins
12 eggs
Sliced cheese
Sliced ham
Salt and pepper
Cooking spray
Mixing bowl
9x13 Baking dish
Parchment sheets or paper towels
Gallon freezer bags
What to do:
Pre heat oven to 350°
Crack 12 eggs into a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, transfer of a greased baking dish, and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Slice you english muffins while eggs are baking if yours did not come pre sliced
Remove eggs from oven, let cool. Cut into 12 pieces
Assemble your sandwiches:
Bottom piece of English muffin
2-3 slices of ham
Egg
Cheese (I prefer a half slice of cheese)
Top piece of English muffins
Wrap it up.
Sandwiches can be frozen in a gallon freezer bag. Take out the night before and let thaw in the refrigerator.
Heat up wrapped sandwhich for 1 minute in microwave.
Let cool slightly before eating.
* These can also be made with bacon or sausage patties.
