Feeling lost in life today and for the last two years what’s my passion I should be doing more or doing something I love. Feeling so behind my adhd brain has made it hard for me to keep doing things to move forward instead of always feeling behind I should be so much further in life I feel lost 😞 I love being a mama but I feel like it’s impossible to do it all I always feel so behind and it’s everything like I am lost in constant burnout or adhd praylisis any one else it’s adhd feel like they are lost and trying to find there light again and how?
