My Business LOWERED Prices For 2025- Here’s Why:✨
New year, new mindset! ✨ For 2025, I’ve decided to lower my cleaning service prices to make a clean, organized home accessible to more people. I truly believe hiring a cleaner should be viewed as a form of self-care—just like therapy sessions, gym memberships, or anything else that supports your well-being. 💕
Life gets busy, and a sparkling clean home can make all the difference. Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just need a little extra time for yourself, I want to help you reclaim your space without feeling like it’s a luxury.
Let’s make 2025 your cleanest, most stress-free year yet! 💫

I know one of the first things you look for when considering professional home cleaning is a clear price list. It can be tricky to navigate, so I wanted to share a bit more about how pricing works and what to expect, especially with our new 2025 rates. My business, ROXY'S hagian HOME MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING SERVICES, has made these exciting changes, and I'm thrilled to break down what it means for you. You might have seen our 2024 vs. 2025 pricing structure, which clearly outlines costs based on your Home Size (Sq Ft). For instance, for a smaller space between 500-1,000 Sq ft, our 2025 price is now $120, a significant saving of $30 compared to the 2024 rate of $150. If your home falls into the 1,001-1,500 Sq ft category, you'll now pay $150 instead of $210, saving you $60! We've applied similar savings across all sizes: for 1,501-2,000 Sq ft, it's $180 (down from $270, saving $90); for 2,001-2,500 Sq ft, it's $210 (down from $330, saving $120); and for larger homes between 2,501-3,000 Sq ft, the new price is $240 (a whopping $160 saving from $400!). My goal with these 2025 price adjustments was to make our reliable home cleaning services even more accessible, offering transparent savings across the board. Beyond just home size, several other factors influence your home cleaning service price list: Frequency of Cleaning: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services often come with better per-visit rates than one-off cleans. Consistent maintenance means less intensive work each time, and we love rewarding our regular clients. Type of Cleaning: A standard clean covers everyday tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and basic kitchen/bathroom upkeep. However, a deep clean is far more extensive – tackling baseboards, inside appliances, and detailed scrubbing. Move-in/move-out cleans also have their own specific pricing, reflecting the thoroughness required. Specific Tasks & Add-ons: Need windows cleaned? Inside the fridge? Laundry done? These extra services are usually priced separately or included in a premium package. Always discuss your specific needs upfront to ensure an accurate quote without surprises. Initial Condition of Your Home: If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, the first visit might be more intensive. This initial clean is sometimes priced higher than subsequent regular cleans, as it brings your home up to our sparkling standards before settling into routine maintenance. When evaluating a cleaning service, don't just compare the numbers. Understand what's included in that price. A seemingly lower price might offer fewer services, while a slightly higher one could encompass all the extras you genuinely need. My philosophy with the 2025 lowered prices is to provide exceptional, comprehensive cleaning that truly supports your well-being, all without hidden fees or compromising our high quality. It’s about getting that professional touch, reclaiming your precious time, and enjoying a consistently sparkling home. I believe everyone deserves that little bit of luxury and self-care. So, when you're ready for a quote, be clear about your home size, desired frequency, and any specific areas requiring extra attention. This helps us tailor the perfect cleaning plan and price for you!
