Weekend in Wilmington

This was a weekend trip I did to Wilmington! There were so many more amazing places I didn’t take pictures of but I absolutely loved it there.

Wilmington, NC is a fantastic destination for a weekend getaway, offering a mix of stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant culture. Visitors can explore attractions such as the historic downtown area, full of shops and restaurants, or relax at Wilmington Beach, known for its beautiful sunsets and tranquil atmosphere. For fans of the show 'One Tree Hill', a visit to the iconic bridge is a must. Don't forget to indulge in the local culinary scene, which features everything from seafood to southern BBQ. A visit to the Quartermaster for high-quality leather goods or the Bourbon Street Restaurant Bar for a night out can also enhance your trip. With activities like fishing off Johnnie Mercer's Pier or hiking in the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway, Wilmington caters to both relaxation seekers and adventure lovers alike. Whether it's your first visit or you're returning, Wilmington promises a memorable experience filled with unique highlights.

Bourbon Street bar was the best restaurant. They had the best wings. Unfortunately, they are closed now. 🥺
