I've been wanting to get more consistent with my gym routine, so l decided to create a simple 28 day workout plan to make it easier to stick with!
💟 This plan is all about building the habit of
SHOWING UP, even when it feels intimidating or challenging. 💟
I kept the exercises straightforward, focusing on familiar machines and gentle adjustments each week, so it's easy to follow:-)
- No complex moves, just a gradual build in endurance and confidence.
This way, I can stay on track without feeling overwhelmed, and anyone starting out can join in without the pressure of complicated routines!

Week 1: 💓
• Day 1 (Full Body Intro):
Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Leg Press, Seated Row (2 sets of 10-12 reps each)
• Day 2 (Lower Body Focus):
Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Extension (3 sets of 10-12 reps)
• Day 3 (Upper Body Basics):
Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Shoulder Press (3 sets of 10-12 reps)
• Day 4:

• Day 5 (Lower Body Strength):
Leg Press, Glute Bridge, Calf Raise (2-3 sets of 12-15 reps)
• Day 6 (Upper Body + Core):
Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Ab Crunch Machine (2 sets of 15 reps)
• Day 7 (Full Body Refresher):
Quick circuit on each machine from the week, keeping it light!

Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Leg Press, Seated Row (3 sets of 10-12 reps)
• Day 9 (Lower Body):
Leg Press, Leg Curl, Glute Bridge (3 sets of 12 reps)
• Day 10 (Upper Body):
Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Shoulder Press (3 sets of 12 reps)
