Cheesy Steak Tortellini

Ingredients: 🍽️

Cheese tortellini

Sliced sirloin steak

Vegetables of your choice

Onions

Heavy whipping cream 1c

Beef broth 1c

Cheese of your choice

1) Cook tortellini and set aside

2) Cook vegetables until soft and add your onions (thinly sliced)

3) Reduce your heat to simmer and add steak, whipping cream and beef broth. Cook until it starts to boil

4)Slowly add in cheese until it thickens and becomes creamy

5) Mix in tortellini
