Let’s Talk About WFH Jobs😬

Hii, friends!! 🫶🏼

☆This is such an incredibly hot topic these days and ever since 🦠, working from home has BOOMED.

☆I currently have a full-time WFH position M-F, a dream right? Not always. I love being able to stay at home and work, don’t get me wrong. I get to be with my dog ALL DAY. How great is that? But let’s talk about the mental toll.

☆I am someone who has struggled with their mental health pretty much my entire life. Working from home can be a blessing AND a curse for those who also struggle mentally. Being in the same space all day atleast 5 days a week can be taxing. Our home is supposed to be our safe space and when you bring work into the mix, it can become tricky. I was working, eating, and sleeping all in the same room for some time and I HATED it. I know that some people don’t have the means, like I didn’t, to have your own office space but if you can please do. There needs to be some sort of separation. I now have my own office that allows me to have that separation.

☆You need to make time to get out and see the world. When you work from home, you’re missing that commute to work, the face to face interaction with coworkers, and time away from your home life. Please take care of yourself and make it a point to get outside, even if it’s a walk around where you live, times are tough and not everyone can get out. Go see friends or even have them over! Go to a park or window shopping!

☆WFH job scams are SO real. I am so thankful I found a legit & great company, but they are much harder to find than you think. Do not give anyone money to receive WFH equipment, do your research on the company before committing to ANYTHING, any reputable company will not take or send you money to buy equipment. Finding a WFH job is not easy to find nor is it easy to get, this is a VERY competitive field. So if it seems super easy, I’d do more digging before committing.

☆I could go on about this topic for days & may add some more tips and tricks about WFH in the future so make sure to follow along if you’d like! Feel free to ask any questions in the comments & I will help to the best of my ability!

Love always, B ♡

... Read moreThe work-from-home (WFH) trend has transformed how we think about jobs and daily productivity. As more people embrace remote roles, it’s essential to understand the nuances of this lifestyle. Mental health is a significant factor, with many WFH employees facing isolation and stress. To combat this, create a structured daily routine that includes regular breaks and social interactions, whether virtually or in person. Engage in hobbies or activities outside of work to maintain a balanced life. Furthermore, if you’re exploring legitimate WFH opportunities, utilize resources like job boards and networking sites specifically focused on remote roles. Scams are prevalent, so always verify the credibility of the company and their job postings. Research workplace cultures and read reviews from current or former employees. Also, joining communities or forums that share job leads can be immensely helpful in finding trustworthy opportunities. Stay informed about common red flags, such as upfront fees or vague job descriptions, which can aid in avoiding potential pitfalls in your search for a productive and fulfilling work-from-home experience.
