Rate My Favorite Books With Me!!!

I LOVE READING!!!

When I was a kid, I loved to read!! But when I went to high school, I stopped for awhile.

ACOTAR: In college I found the ACOTAR series & fell IN LOVE with it all again. I know that some think that ACOTAR is a bit overrated since so many love it, but I will always remember just how drawn I was to the characters & the storyline. I think book 3 is my favorite out of the series.

From Blood & Ash: I haven’t read book two or three yet but I read no. 1 a few months ago & it was SO GOOD!! It maintained the perfect mixture of Romantasy & storytelling. I loved that I didn’t know what was going to happen next throughout the whole thing. I will say that there was a certain person that I had a feeling about the whole time not being someone they said they were. But I feel like most kind of pick up on it before the book is finished.

The Folk of the Air Series: I loved this trilogy! I felt like it was such an easy read too. Simple and to the point but I definitely didn’t guess what was going to happen beforehand!!

Lightlark: I am stuck between giving lightlark a 4 or 5 out of 5!! So many others think it’s overrated and that Isla is annoying but I actually really love her + the supporting characters. I am currently in the middle of Skyshade so my rating may change soon!!

TOG: I know I am in the minority when I say that I felt like it was too drawn out!! I do love the story line but I felt like there were too many perspectives for my personal taste. I hated Chaol & tbh didn’t love Aelin but I LOVE MANON & the 12. I only cried once because of them. 🤍

P&P: this one feels random amongst all the Romantasy here. But I just have always loved Pride & Prejudice. Elizabeth Bennett is amazing. Mr. Darcy is amazing. & the movie is so perfect. I listen to the movie music on the regular.

Not pictured:

Iron Flame + Fourth Wing: I am starting Onyx Storm tomorrow & I am so excited!!! It is an amazing series. I do feel that the second book was a bit rushed so I am hoping that the third one flows as well as the first!! 5/5!!!!

Quicksilver: Literally amazing!!!! I loved LOVED loved this series. But I will say that it was obvious on what happens to Saeris 🤷🏻‍♀️ 5/5⭐️!!!

Powerless: pretty good!! I enjoyed reading this one but it doesn’t stand out to me like some of the other books I’ve read and listened to. 4/5!!

Caraval & Legendary: I enjoyed it enough but definitely not my top 10 books… 3.5/5
