3 months glute progress

Pls tell me I’m not delusional 😭because I feel like I’ve made some pretty good progress even though I wasn’t very consistent but I’m getting better with that. Same leggings btw (I’ve posted what I do to gain weight if you’re interested or have any questions go take a look 🫶🏽)#glutegrowthjourney #gluteprogress #glutetransformation #glutesathome

... Read moreWow, it feels amazing to look back at my 'before and after' photos from January to April and see how much my glutes have transformed in just three months! When I started this journey, I honestly wondered, 'Can you really grow glutes in 3 months?' It seemed like such a short time, and I know many of you might feel the same. But let me tell you, with focused effort, it absolutely is possible to see significant glute growth and even improve the appearance of hip dips. My own glute progress pics from January to April really show the change in glute shape and size, especially from the back view and side profile. One of the biggest game-changers for me was really dialing in on specific exercises. If you're looking for serious glute growth, you have to incorporate hip thrusts. The 'hip thrust before and after 3 month glute transformation' results I’ve seen, both personally and from others, are incredible. They are fantastic for building that glute projection and overall shape. I started with lighter weights and focused purely on form, squeezing at the top, and gradually increased the load. Don't underestimate the power of progressive overload here! Of course, you can't talk about glutes without mentioning squats. While hip thrusts were my secret weapon for projection, squats for glutes helped build overall strength and shape. I made sure to go deep and really feel it in my glutes. Beyond these, I also included exercises that specifically targeted those areas around the hip dips. While hip dips are a natural part of our anatomy, strengthening the surrounding muscles can definitely create a smoother, more rounded appearance. Exercises like banded glute bridges, clam shells, and side-lying leg raises were amazing for this. These really helped fill out that glute shape and size even more. The original post mentioned some inconsistency, and I totally get that! Life happens, and it's hard to be perfect. What helped me was having a plan and making sure my nutrition supported my goals. To grow muscle, you need to eat enough, especially protein. Since I was also trying to gain weight, I paid extra attention to ensuring I was in a slight calorie surplus. Fueling your body correctly is just as important as the workouts themselves. When I felt my consistency slipping, I’d remind myself of my 'glute progress pics' and how far I'd come. Even if I missed a day, I wouldn't let it derail my whole week. Just getting back to it was the key. Tracking my progress wasn't just about the 'before and after 3 month glute transformation' photos, though those are super motivating! I also tracked my lifts to see if I was getting stronger. Seeing those numbers go up, even slightly, was a huge confidence booster and a great way to measure genuine glute growth. So, if you're wondering if you can achieve a '3 month booty transformation', I'm living proof that you can! Stick with it, focus on your form, fuel your body, and don't be afraid to take those progress pics – they'll be your best motivators!
