Today marks 10 years since I dropped everything and made one of the best decisions of my life by getting my CDL. It's been a journey l've gained a lot and lost a lot along the way. I've gotta shoutout my boy Bubbahead (I know he's watching over me from up there) for teaching me how to drive, spending the block around Chad in that green Bonneville. I wanna thank all the friends I've made along the way and my friends back home who believed in me and didn't forget about me. It is a humbling day. Networking with other truckers also enhances community support, especially among minority groups, fostering shared experiences and mentorship opportunities that enrich the trucking journey. As I look forward to many more years as a driver, I remain committed to safety, continuous learning, and building connections within this dynamic industry.
