Ever heard of 𝚂𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚌𝚢𝚌𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐?

I’ve had horrible periods my whole life. From unbearable pain, to mood swings, cravings, bloating, nausea, dizziness. You name it I’ve definitely been there.

I know I’m tired of all the answers I’m sure everyone else is getting from providers such as, “have you thought about birth control” or “if you lost a little weight you might feel better.” I’ve done both, birth control was a band-Aid and loosing weight didn’t balance my hormones.

So I decided years ago to try another route, a more holistic approach and try to eat for my cycle. I haven’t always been 100% and it shows when 🩸that time of month comes around. However I wanted to share this information, because I’ve been searching for this for years!!! And everytime I came close someone wanted some form of payment.

I believe information for our health SHOULD be public knowledge. I hope this can help someone else out there too the way it’s helping me <3

... Read moreSeed cycling is a holistic health practice designed to regulate hormonal balance during the menstrual cycle. By incorporating specific seeds during various phases, women can potentially alleviate symptoms associated with menstrual discomfort. During the follicular phase (Days 1-14), flaxseed and pumpkin seeds are recommended. Flaxseed helps boost estrogen levels, crucial for building the uterine lining, while pumpkin seeds offer high levels of magnesium and zinc, beneficial for reducing PMS symptoms. Transitioning into the luteal phase (Days 15-28), sunflower and sesame seeds come into play. Sunflower seeds contribute to increasing progesterone levels, aiding in the thickening of the uterine lining and helping decrease bloating and pain. They are also rich in vitamin B, known to uplift mood, making them essential during the luteal phase. On the other hand, sesame seeds provide zinc and may help ease period pain, particularly beneficial for women dealing with high levels of androgens or conditions like PCOS. Many individuals have found that adhering to this seed cycling regimen not only balances hormones but also improves overall menstrual health. It's a simple yet effective strategy to enhance feminine wellness.
