AM VS PM Workout???
So I thought I was going to be a late night gym girly since I get off work pretty late during the week but I’m actually a morning girly!

Just like the original post, I've been there – trying to figure out if I'm an AM or PM workout person! It feels like there's so much pressure to pick the 'right' time, but honestly, the best workout time is the one you'll stick to consistently. My own journey involved a lot of trial and error, and let me tell you, it's totally okay to switch things up until you find your groove. For a long time, I thought evening workouts, or 'olahraga sore' as some call it, would be my thing. Getting off work, heading straight to the gym – it sounded perfect for unwinding after a busy day. There are definitely perks: you might have more energy stored up, the gym can be less crowded right after the morning rush, and it's a great way to de-stress. I loved putting on my favorite 'BUFF BUNNY' shorts and 'REEBOK CLASSICS' and just letting loose. Plus, it felt good to flex my bicep and see that 'Go Big Or Go Home' mentality pay off. However, I found that sometimes my energy levels dipped too low, or social plans would pop up, making consistency a challenge. That's when I decided to give morning workouts a serious try. Waking up earlier felt daunting at first, but the benefits quickly became clear. Starting my day with a great 'gym fit' really set the tone, making me feel 'Fit & Fun' from the get-go. I noticed a huge boost in my energy throughout the day, and getting my workout done first thing meant no excuses later. The gym was often quieter, giving me space to focus. It’s all about preparation: laying out my clothes the night before, having a quick snack ready, and gradually adjusting my wake-up time. Seeing my progress, like those 'End of Week 7' moments, became an even bigger motivator. So, how do you decide what's best for you? First, listen to your body. Are you a natural early bird or a night owl? Second, look at your schedule. What realistically fits without causing too much stress? Third, experiment! Don't commit to one for years without trying the other. Give both morning and evening workouts a solid few weeks to see how you feel, how your body responds, and most importantly, which schedule you can maintain without burnout. Ultimately, finding your ideal workout routine is a personal journey, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It's about finding what makes you feel strong, energized, and ready to take on the day, or wind down after it!
