We need better packaging
I absolutely love these lotions, but I have a serious bone to pick with the bottles. Every time I think they're empty, I end up performing cosmetic surgery with a pair of scissors—and surprise! There's enough lotion left inside to last another week or 2. 😂
Something told me to cut one open, and voilà ! A hidden stash of moisturizing treasure was waiting for me. At this point, I don't trust any bottle that claims it's empty.
Maybe it's time for upside-down bottles so gravity can do its job! I will say, though, I'm a fan of the new EOS bottle tops. Now if we could just rescue the lotion hiding at the bottom, we'd really be winning. 😆✨#Jergens #eos body lotion #vanillacashmereandlavenderdreams

To tackle this, some brands use squeezable tubes or bottles with wide mouths, which I find far more user-friendly. Beyond my personal tricks, this packaging issue aligns with a growing consumer demand for environmentally conscious designs that minimize waste. Lotion brands can do a better job by integrating user-friendly, recyclable materials and bottle shapes tailored to maximizing product use. If you are like me and want every bit of your lotion, consider storing your bottles upside down if possible, using spatulas designed for beauty products, or transferring lotion to smaller containers to avoid waste.
