Step one START! Stay consistent and soon enough being active moving your body will become a habit.At first I did not want to go to the gym but now it’s apart if my daily routine. Seeing the results is a plus but working out has also helped my mental space. This is your sign to just start. Ease into it start with walking and some light workouts so you don’t wanna give up right away.
