For now I started to do sports more and go to the gym more often on my free time. Also creative things are fun to do on free time like painting or playing an instrument

For the most part, I’m usually walking in my free time now. I absolutely love how it helps me calm down when I’m feeling the most anxious. I also love colouring, reading and doing puzzles 🥰
