My First Teacher’s Day 🥰

The past 3 months felt as if I had spent time with my kiddos for the past 3 years which is insane because of how quickly i bonded with them to knowing each and everyone of their cute lil habits.

Celebrating my first ever Teacher’s Day as an early childhood educator is more than significant to me because I’m with a graduating class.

To people who said that it’s an easy job that even their grandparents or parents can do, it’s not exactly true because i’ve seen those of that similar age coming in only to nitpick and tell me how much they don’t like girls > boys due to various reasons yadayada

To me, it’s more than a job. It heals my inner child and only wanna give the best to these children and teaching them how to protect their inner peace and caring for their mental health.

To my future kiddos who may come across this, always remember, it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling and learn to embrace each emotion with grace because that’s what makes you - you. Also, you DO NOT have to like everyone and everybody or share your things with everyone and everybody, including those who may not be nice to you.

I love each and everyone of you ALWAYS regardless of anything you do 💕😘

... Read moreAs someone new to early childhood education celebrating my first Teachers’ Day, I've come to appreciate how meaningful this role is beyond the classroom. Many people underestimate the dedication it takes, assuming it's an easy job suited for anyone, but it's much more than that. Being an early childhood educator calls for patience, empathy, and an understanding of each child’s unique personality and needs. I've learned how important it is to create a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable expressing their emotions without judgment. Teaching kids about mental health and the value of inner peace has become a passion of mine, helping them build resilience from a young age. Gift ideas for early childhood educators can include personalized keepsakes, books on emotional intelligence, or even self-care packages that recognize the emotional effort teachers invest daily. Celebrating this day with thoughtful presents or activities not only honors educators but also motivates them to continue their impactful work. For those new to this profession or planning to honor early childhood educators, embracing the emotional connection and individual growth that happens during this period is key. It’s about acknowledging the dedication it takes and the joy that comes with watching children grow and thrive under your guidance.
