November, SAKI Restaurant

Year- end vibe ✨

Singapore’s highest-located restaurant!

Everything tastes amazing — it feels like the food gets better every time I visit.

Positioned on the 70th floor of Swissotel The Stamford, the experience combines sensational cuisine with panoramic city views that elevate every meal. If you're curious about the location, it's centrally placed in Singapore's downtown, making it convenient for both locals and tourists. The menu offers a variety of dishes, with sushi being one of their highlights, crafted with fresh ingredients and artistic presentation. I recall how the sushi here surpassed my expectations, combining traditional flavors with a modern twist. One tip I’d share for first-timers is to arrive just before sunset to enjoy the breathtaking transformation from daylight to nightscape — the city lights coming alive add magic to the dining experience. If you’re planning a visit in November or any other month, the ambiance changes subtly with the season, adding a cozy year-end vibe during that time, perfect for celebrations or intimate dinners. Overall, SKAI isn't just about the food, but the entire experience — from the impressive height to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s become my go-to spot when I want to impress guests or unwind with an elevated meal in Singapore.
