For example, seeing myself as a soldier reminds me to accept hardships and remain focused on the mission Christ has given. Like athletes who train vigorously to compete well, Christians must stay disciplined in their faith, following God’s commands to receive their heavenly reward. The metaphor of a farmer resonated with me personally; it highlights the importance of patient, consistent work in spiritual ministry, understanding that fruitfulness comes with time and dedication. It encourages me to persevere even when outcomes are not immediately visible.
