The applicator is a standard doe-foot, nothing revolutionary, but it distributed the product smoothly. Scent-wise, it's that signature Summer Fridays vanilla-like sweetness, which I personally love. It's not overpowering, just a pleasant, faint aroma as you apply. Now, for the shade itself: 'Soft Mauve'. On my lips, it's a beautiful, sheer wash of a muted, cool-toned pink. It's truly a 'my lips but better' color, enhancing my natural lip tone without being too opaque. It gave my lips a healthy, glossy look, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It definitely stands out from the 'rosewood night' shade mentioned in some displays, offering a more delicate, everyday hue. I found it incredibly comfortable to wear – not sticky at all, which is a huge plus for a lip oil. It felt nourishing and moisturizing, giving that perfect 'cushion' feeling.
