Lemon8 diary: Day 16
After the tiring weekend of AX, my magnetic standee sample came in! I’m def going to make some changed to the final design but the following musts include:
- changing the color palette completely to ghost canon colors! Turns out ppl didn’t like the blue eyes I gave him lmao
- changing the color of the military uniform to his original palette
- add tattoos and scars
- add on two more outfits/accessories
This was a last minute thing before AX but with AX done I can now focus on making changes and ordering more of this little guy 🥰
In today's creative journey, I'm thrilled to update you on my magnetic standee project following a hectic weekend at AX. After receiving feedback about the original design, I'm making significant changes to align it with community preferences. The color palette will shift to vibrant ghost canon colors instead of the previous blue-eyed version, as many viewers found it less appealing. Furthermore, the military uniform will revert to its original colors for authenticity. To enhance the character's uniqueness, I'll be adding tattoos and scars, elements that resonate with many collectors and enthusiasts. Additionally, I’m excited to introduce two new outfits and accessories, including a knife and headphones, to give this standee a more dynamic look. It's all about connecting with the audience and creating a piece that resonates with our shared interests. These last-minute adjustments have really inspired me to push my creativity further, and now that AX is behind us, I'm full steam ahead in finalizing these designs.
