COD ZOMBIES: NUKETOWN

Creating fan art for Call of Duty Zombies, especially Nuketown, is one of my absolute favorite ways to express my passion for the game! There's just something so iconic about the Nuketown Zombies map layout and its unique atmosphere that sparks so much creativity. When I started brainstorming for this sticker sheet design, I knew I wanted to capture that spooky, yet slightly quirky, vibe that makes Nuketown so memorable. My goal was to design a collection of visuals that truly felt like authentic Nuketown art, but with my own personal twist, making it perfect for any fan of cod zombies art. I always begin by immersing myself in the game's lore and visuals. What are the core elements that scream 'Nuketown Zombies'? For me, it's not just the setting, but the characters and items that define the gameplay. I spent a lot of time thinking about what truly makes a zombie nuketown experience. Of course, you can't have Nuketown Zombies without the classic hazmat-suited zombie – they're practically the mascot of the map! I also made sure to include essential power-ups and weapons; the legendary ray gun was a must-have, gleaming with its distinct sci-fi glow, a true icon for any cod zombie drawing. One of the most fun parts was bringing in those smaller, yet incredibly significant, Easter eggs and details. The nuketown zombies teddy bears are such a fan-favorite, and depicting them in a slightly eerie yet cute way was a challenge I thoroughly enjoyed. I also added elements like dripping hearts for that extra touch of unsettling charm and even a soda bottle design, subtly hinting at the perk-a-colas that are so crucial in survival. Visually, I aimed for a limited pink, yellow, and blue color palette to give the entire sheet a cohesive, striking look that pops, reminiscent of retro sci-fi posters. This constraint actually pushed my creativity, making each element stand out even more.
